As the executive leading Creative Marketing at the NFL, he built campaigns that produced the highest-rated preseason, postseason, and NFL Draft in network history. He has served as a trusted senior partner to CEOs and founders across consumer, entertainment, sports, healthcare, and home services. He brings that same level of thinking and personal investment to every Azorian client.

Lucas Nelson brings 20 years of experience doing one specific thing across wildly different industries: stepping into complex situations alongside founders and executives, figuring out what's actually broken, and building the infrastructure that holds up after he leaves. His background spans social services, compliance, fintech, banking, and regulated consumer products — with a consistent thread of close partnership with leadership and cross-functional execution. As co-founder of Azorian, Lucas is the operational backbone behind the agency — managing the production infrastructure, client systems, and strategic structure that lets the creative work happen at a high level.
